Returns & Exchanges

At Pajamagram, we want you to be perfectly comfortable, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed sleepwear. If your pajamas aren't the perfect fit, we are committed to making it right with a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select whether you would like an exchange or a refund, then download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Pajamas

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
